Hello

My name is Sylvia Gervais. I am a 2D artist located in Hinesville, Georgia. I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2020 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Art with summa cum laude. I am a member of the Hinesville Area Arts Council. I am also a wife, mother, and beauty advisor at Ulta Beauty.

I like to claim that I have been an artist all my life, but I started making art seriously when I started high school in 2010. Every semester of high school I took either the drawing or sculpture class where I learned the fundamentals of art and started working on my artistic skills. This led me to going to college for art after graduating high school where I began to fully develop my skills and education.

Now, I try to use my art skills the best I can while juggling life as a new mother. I enjoy 2d art and using media like charcoal, colored pencil, marker, graphite, and more. I enjoy subjects like bugs, animals, anatomy, and spooky themes. I am currently doing my best to find the time to create more and more art and have my own shows.
